Delete your myREWRD account

A public account-deletion request page for myREWRD mobile app users.

What happens next

We will confirm that you control the account before completing a deletion request. Once verified, we delete or anonymize your account and associated personal information within 30 days, except for information we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

You can also delete an account while signed in to a Venue App through Profile → Delete Account. This page remains available if you no longer have the app installed.

Request account deletion

Enter the email address associated with your myREWRD account. A phone number is optional but helps us locate an account created through SMS verification. We will verify the request before deleting an account.

If you cannot submit the form, contact the myREWRD Privacy Team at privacy@myrewrd.com. Please do not send passwords, one-time codes, or payment information.
