The Guest Ticket Journey

Buy the ticket. Get the QR. Walk in.

Ticketing should feel simple to the guest and connected for the venue. myREWRD carries one purchase from the event page to the guest's ticket, their email, and the scan at the front door.

From buying a ticket to getting in

The guest should never have to wonder where their ticket went.

Guests can find the event, buy their tickets, open the QR code, and have it scanned at your door through myREWRD.

Guests know where to find their tickets, and your team can follow each sale through admission.

Ticket # DEMO-2026

From screen to front door

Six moments. One ticket record.

01

Discover

The guest finds the event inside the venue experience—or arrives there from an event-specific push.

02

Buy

They choose an available ticket tier and complete the purchase through the myREWRD ticket flow.

03

Receive

The ticket is available in My Tickets, and the buyer receives an email confirmation with ticket access as a second path.

04

Present

On event night, the guest can open the ticket QR in the app or use the ticket delivered by email.

05

Scan

Venue staff scan the QR at the door. The ticket is validated against the venue's ticket record.

06

Check in

A successful scan marks the ticket used, helping prevent the same ticket from being admitted again.

Built-in backup

The app is the primary experience. Email gives the guest another path.

A guest can access their QR ticket in My Tickets, while the purchase confirmation email provides another way to reach the ticket. That matters when someone is standing in a parking lot, changed phones, or simply searches their inbox first.

In the app

Ticket ready when they need it.

The guest's ticket and QR live with the rest of their venue experience.

In their inbox

A practical second route.

The confirmation email gives the buyer a durable purchase record and ticket access outside the app.

The door is not the finish line

Know who bought a ticket and who came through the door.

When staff scan a valid ticket, myREWRD marks that ticket used. The venue can distinguish a ticket that was sold from one that was actually presented and admitted—without moving the guest relationship into another company's ecosystem.

Use those records to understand ticketed attendance and plan the next message to your guests.
